A leading edtech platform Skyeng
is looking to hire a Strategy manager.
This person will provide strategic consultation to various business lines. What You'll Do:
Support the formulation of the long term vision and strategy for Skyeng, as well as structure its successful implementation and execution;
Develop deep expertise in our products and core use cases by performing internal and external research and insights collection to empower product and go-to-market strategy;
Alongside the Strategy and Finance Director manage the development of monthly, quarterly and annual forecasting, performance, budget and headcount processes;
Communicate and present on Skyeng's strategy to internal and external stakeholders;
Relentlessly focus on results, identify key areas of opportunity & growth and drive cross-functional alignment to action on solutions;
Drive business impact by leading quantitative and qualitative analyses that enable the team to hit growth goals. Basic qualifications:
3-4 years' experience working closely with senior leadership or leadership experience in a fast-moving environment — for example, at a leading management consultancy or tech;
A growth mindset and a proactive, can-do attitude
Exceptional problem-solving, from structuring issues to designing workstreams;
Experience working with senior executives and driving high-stakes decision-making processes;
Strong experience with in forecasting and financial modeling. Preferred qualifications:
Experience in education projects;
Helpful: relevant domain expertise, B2B sales, growth startups, online marketplaces, subscription models;
Data analysis experience in SQL;
